1. Warranty period

All products have a 1-year warranty. Within 1 year after purchase, we provide free repair or replacement services in the event of non-human damage.

If it is accidentally damaged by man, you can contact us to provide paid repair services.

2. Return service

We provide a 15-day no-reason return service, that is, within 15 days after receiving the goods, if you find that the product is not suitable or you don’t like it, please contact us to proceed with the return process while ensuring that the product is in good condition. The return shipping fee incurred will be borne by you (buyer).

After receiving the product for testing, you find that the product does not work, or the product you received is damaged, etc. Please provide the product testing video or pictures, and our professional technicians will contact you immediately to help solve the problem.

If the product is finally confirmed to be defective, we will reship it or directly return it for a refund according to your wishes. The shipping costs incurred will be borne by us (the merchant).
